DAELA was founded in May 2020 by a Talent Acquisition Expert with 20 years of experience leading the development and implementation of data-driven recruiting processes within international organizations such as Microsoft, Verizon, Transportation Security Administration, and the United States Army.  Since our inception, we’ve achieved consistent growth in the IT staffing and career training industry for over two years.  We are privately owned, independent of affiliate firms, technology vendors, and service providers. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable data, transparent partnership,  and consistent results.
